Newtron – Terms and Conditions

• Users will be provided login credentials by their organization
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility

4. Task Management & Responsibilities

• Users must update task status accurately and in a timely manner
• Any false reporting or misuse of task data may lead to restricted access or disciplinary action

5. Location Tracking

• The App uses location data to verify attendance and service visits
• By using the App, you consent to location tracking when required for operational purposes

6. Permissions

The App may require access to:

• Location (for tracking visits)
• Camera (for capturing task-related images)
• Storage (for uploading files)

Users must grant necessary permissions for proper functionality.

7. Data Usage

• Data collected through the App will be used strictly for operational and performance monitoring purposes
• The App does not sell or rent user data

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Manipulate data or falsify records
• Use the App for illegal or non-official activities

9. Suspension or Termination

• Suspend or terminate user access at any time

10. System Availability

• The App is provided on an “as-is” basis
• While we aim for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or available

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data due to user negligence or system issues
