By registering for or using the Utkarsh application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility Utkarsh is available only to eligible users approved by Snowcem Paints. Registration and participation are subject to successful verification. 2. User Information You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while registering and using the application. Snowcem Paints reserves the right to verify the information provided and take appropriate action if any discrepancies are found. 3. Account Security Your registered mobile number, OTP, and account credentials are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. 4. Rewards & Recognition Reward points, Coins, achievements, rankings, certificates, contests, campaigns, and other benefits available on Utkarsh are governed by the rules of the respective program or campaign and may vary from time to time. 5. Points & Redemption Reward points can be earned only through eligible purchases, activities, or campaigns announced by Snowcem Paints. Points have no monetary value and can be redeemed only through the options made available within the Utkarsh platform, subject to applicable redemption policies. 6. Verification Snowcem Paints reserves the right to verify Coupon Scan, purchase details, product claims, participation records, and user eligibility before awarding points, approving rewards, or recognizing achievements. 7. Fair Participation

Any misuse of the platform, including duplicate registrations, false information, manipulated Coupon Scan, unauthorized claims, or fraudulent activities, may result in suspension of the account, cancellation of points or rewards, and permanent removal from the Utkarsh Program. 8. Program Updates Snowcem Paints may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, campaign, reward structure, benefit, or policy of Utkarsh at its sole discretion without prior notice. 9. Privacy Information collected through Utkarsh will be used for user verification, program administration, reward fulfillment, communication, analytics, training, and service improvement.
